At The Work Uniform Company, we want to ensure your team looks and feels their best, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed professional attire. Please note that customized or embroidered garments are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned uniforms, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
